Growing up in Tahlequah, Kacey was always aware of the deep significance of the Cherokee Nation and the Remember the Removal Ride. Her desire to participate as a youth rider stems from a commitment to better understand the journey and sacrifices of her ancestors, and to honor the legacy of those who endured the Trail of Tears. For Kacey, the ride represents more than history—it is a personal and cultural calling to connect, reflect, and grow.
In her free time, Kacey enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
